Our History
1970
Founded as a small electrical contractor, undertaking minor public sector works.
1981
Completed our first major public infrastructure project: Chaloem Maha Nakhon Expressway.
1982
Delivered our first high-rise building project:
Kasikorn Bank Phahonyothin Head Office.
1984
Incorporated as
Saengpradit Engineering Co., Ltd.
2000
Participated in the construction of Thailand's first underground mass transit system: MRT Blue Line.
2006
Completed our first large-scale retail development project: Siam Paragon.
2020
Contributed to COVID-19 relief efforts by supporting the construction of a quarantine facility for Simummuang Market workers.
Present
More than 50 years of operations, with over 200 full-time staff and projects successfully completed.
